Finance and Administration
The Shire of Ravensthorpe’s Finance and Administration area encompasses all aspects of Council’s functions in the collection and payment of monies on behalf of the Shire.
Revenues/income received include rates, rubbish, facility hire fees (halls etc), licences (building, dogs etc), all other fees and charges (tipping, planning development, sale of publications etc), grants (specific and non-specific), contributions and donations.
Council’s expenditure includes all payments to contractors, suppliers of materials, consultants, community groups and organisations, salaries and wages, utility charges, insurance premiums and debt management expenses.
