As a local mining company, Galaxy is committed to being a good neighbour to  our local community, treating them with respect and endeavouring  to be proactive in engaging  with all Stakeholders and sharing information.  Grievances  can arise and once advised of an issue,  Galaxy  have the  processes in place to  manage and try and resolve issues  at the local operational level.   We also encourage the local community to talk to a Galaxy representative before lodging a formal complaint with Regulatory agencies as we take grievances  seriously and strive to respond  within 24 hours (weekdays).
