The 2009 General Meeting of Electors will be held on Thursday, 15th October, 2009, in the Mary Ann Haven Citizens Centre, Hopetoun, commencing at 7pm.

AGENDA

• Consideration and acceptance of the Shire of Ravensthorpe 2008/9 Annual Report which includes the President’s Report, Chief Executive’s Report, Auditors Report and Financial Report.
• General Business.

The Annual report is available on the Shire Website, at the Shire office and Hopetoun and Ravensthorpe Telecentres.

This is a further opportunity for ratepayers and electors of the Shire to discuss issues with Shire Councillors and staff, and to seek clarification and have input on Council projects and service delivery into the future.

Historically electors meetings are not well attended. Council is keen for this trend to be reversed and encourages everyone to make time to attend and to have your say.
