Do you have?
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent with strong academic results along with a minimum of 5 years' experience at a leadership and management level, either in consulting or as a specialist in a regulatory, development, or ranger emergency management environment.
- Proven and significant commercial/business acumen.
- Successful track record of delivering major projects within specification, on time and within budget.
- Ability to formulate appropriate action strategies to provide high-level advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Council.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills with the adept ability to direct and influence outcomes.

What’s in it for you?
A performance based 3 to 5-year contract will be negotiated which includes an attractive remuneration package between $192,000 to $215,000 including a negotiable cash component commensurate with qualifications and experience plus generous annual leave, up to 17% superannuation (conditional), vehicle and housing provided, plus relocation allowance and other non-cash benefits.
Location
The Shire of Ravensthorpe encompasses the settlements of Ravensthorpe, Hopetoun, Jerdacuttup, Munglinup and Fitzgerald and is located within the picturesque Fitzgerald Biosphere Coast region. Located five hours south east of Perth, two hours west of Esperance and three hours east of Albany, the Shire of Ravensthorpe is nestled amongst the spectacular Fitzgerald River National Park, the Ravensthorpe Range and stunning coastline.
