Complaints Register

This register records complaints received by the Shire and their outcome, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995, the State Records Act 2000, and relevant Council policy.

Contract Register

This register records contracts where Elected Members or employees have disclosed an interest, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995.

Disclosure of Interests Register

This register records interests disclosed by Elected Members and employees at Council and Committee meetings, including financial, proximity and impartiality interests.
