The Shire of Ravensthorpe wishes to advise repair work is currently underway on Jerdacuttup Road between the FQM mine entrance and Fence Road.
A wet winter and busy harvest had a significant impact on the road and this work is expected to take one to two months, then crews will start repairs on the Fence Rd to South Coast Highway section.
There are reduced speed signs in place, please adhere to them and drive safely while this work is carried out.
Other work on Jerdacuttup Road planned for 2023 includes cement stabilisation and resealing various sections including just east of Fence Rd near Jerdacuttup School and immediately east of Horner Rd.
Future resealing works in other 5km sections are to follow subject to various grant funding applications.
