Parents urged to book VacSwim to avoid missing out

With limited VacSwim placements available at Starvation Bay, parents are urged to enroll their children directly with the Education Department as soon as possible as spaces are filling quickly.

There is a wait list that families can add their names to in case of cancellations.

Campground bookings now open for locals

Priority bookings for the Starvation Bay campground are now open for locals with children enrolled in VacSwim.

Application forms are available here and at each Shire office.

Applications for priority bookings are open to families who reside within the Shire of Ravensthorpe, although some consideration will be given to families from neighbouring inland towns who do not have access to a coastal VacSwim program. Processing of eligible applications will be by ballot draw.

VacSwim families from outside of these areas will have to wait until general bookings open to secure a campsite.
