There are some important dates coming up for property owners and occupiers under the Shire of Ravensthorpe Firebreak Notice 2026-27.
1 September 2026
Last day to apply for an individual Bushfire Management Plan.
1 October 2026
Last day to apply for a variation to the Firebreak Notice if you are unable to meet the requirements as set out in the Notice.
Before 31 October 2026
All required firebreaks and other fire hazard reduction measures must be completed.
31 October 2026 to 31 March 2027
Firebreak compliance period.
Make sure you understand the requirements that apply to your property and allow plenty of time to complete any necessary work.
