REQUEST FOR TENDER – RFT 2026-2027-004
LEASE OF FARMLAND – LOTS 36 AND 177, FLOATER ROAD, RAVENSTHORPE
The Shire of Ravensthorpe invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified individuals, businesses and agricultural operators for the lease of Shire-owned farmland located at Lots 36 and 177, Floater Road, Ravensthorpe, adjacent to the Ravensthorpe Airport.
The land is offered for agricultural cropping purposes, with the Shire seeking a suitably experienced lessee who can demonstrate sound agricultural management practices, environmental stewardship and the capacity to operate safely in proximity to an active airport.
The proposed lease is for a period of five (5) years, with an option to extend for a further five (5) years, subject to the terms and conditions of the lease and relevant approvals.
Tenderers will be required to provide details of their relevant agricultural experience, a proposed Farm Management Plan, financial and operational capacity, and an annual rental offer.
