Notice is hereby given that, at its Ordinary Meeting held on 22 September 2026 (Resolution 2026/116), the Council of the Shire of Ravensthorpe resolved to give local public notice of its intention to resolve to request the Minister for Lands to permanently close a portion of Old Newdegate Road, Mt Cattlin, Ravensthorpe, under section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997.
Location:
Portion of Old Newdegate Road adjoining proposed Lot 3 (comprising former Lots 7, 30, 31, 36 and 177), Mt Cattlin.

www.ravensthorpe.wa.gov.au.
