Please join us for a meeting to discuss the Hopetoun Main Street masterplan at the Hopetoun Community Centre on Thursday 30 March at 5.30pm.
Land Insights has been engaged by the Shire of Ravensthorpe to prepare a revitalisation plan for the main street, while Lenon Consultants are working on an economic plan for the whole Shire.
Together we are seeking your ideas and knowledge to help us create plans that reflect local values and hopes for the future. This workshop will be seeking your version of what Hopetoun means to you. The study will investigate all the parts which influence the character and operation of the main street. The outcome is to prepare a plan which will deliver a roadmap upon which to build and keep momentum for town-centric progress.
It is often said that a main street can make or break a town. Visitors judge the “vibe” or “feel” of a town by their first visit along a main street. So, please have your say on what you would like to see on the Hopetoun main street.
