The Shire of Ravensthorpe offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays from Saturday 23 December 2023 to Tuesday 2 January 2024.
While our offices are closed, essential Shire services will continue to operate as usual.

Residents are encouraged to contact emergency services directly on 000 in case of urgent matters.

Early closure on Friday 15 December 2023
In preparation for the holiday season, the Shire of Ravensthorpe offices will close early on Friday 15 December 2023, at 12:30 pm.
The Hopetoun Waste Transfer Station will also be closed on Friday 15 December 2023.
We appreciate the understanding and patience of our community members during this time.
Waste facilities
The two Shire of Ravensthorpe waste facilities are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Read opening times for both facilities here.
Online services
For the convenience of our residents, many services can still be accessed through the Shire of Ravensthorpe website during the closure period. Online services provide an alternative means for submitting applications and accessing information.
