No potable water at Hopetoun groyne

There is currently no potable water available for caravans at Hopetoun groyne.

This site is managed by the Department of Transport who have been informed.

The nearest potable water point is located at McCulloch Park.

Anzac Day

The Shire of Ravensthorpe Anzac Day service for 2024 is taking place in Ravensthorpe on Thursday 25 April.

The event will start at 10:00am with a march from Ravy Country Kitchen down Morgans Street to the Ravensthorpe War Memorial.

Veterans and community members are welcome to join the march.

Construction of nbn fibre in Ravensthorpe

Over the next 3-6 months, Ventia crews will be installing fibre and equipment at homes and businesses in Ravensthorpe.

Springdale Rd Detour

Main Roads WA are due to start construction on a new bridge for Springdale Road on Tuesday 6 June 2023.

They advise this work will be completed in March 2024.

For the duration of the project a section of Springdale Road will be closed, between Orchid Road and Mary’s Road.

The below detour will be in place and clearly signposted.
