Chalet and tiny house policies adopted

At the Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 20 February 2024, Council resolved to adopt two crucial policies aimed at enhancing sustainable development and promoting responsible housing options within the Shire of Ravensthorpe. 

In accordance with Clause 4 of the Deemed Provisions (set out in the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2) Council has adopted the following Local Planning Policies:

1. Tiny Houses on Wheels
2. Chalet Development

Copies of the planning policies may be inspected at each Shire office Monday-Friday between 9:00am-4:00pm.
